Prior to joining AiCure, Josh was most recently at Syneos Health and INC Research for nearly two decades where he was responsible for building and managing data management and technology implementation teams as well as driving innovative strategies and strategic vendor engagements. He has extensive experience in configuring and deploying technical solutions and driving operational excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from UNC Greensboro.

Eftim is an accomplished product technology leader with over 25 years of expertise in building innovative solutions that generate value and insights from data through search, analytics, and AI techniques. As the Chief AI Product Officer for Adaptive Clinical Systems, he spearheads the development of AI-drive applications and platforms, enhancing data interoperability in clinical trials. Previously with Thomson Reuters and Clarivate, Eftim’s skill set encompasses big data analytics, AI, decision support systems, AI search engines, and strategic technology road mapping.

Sina has over 25 years of experience in life sciences informatics. He is the founder of Adaptive- Clinical Systems, makers of the Adaptive eClinical Bus; A Simple, Validated, and Cost-Effective Solution for Clinical Data Integration. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Parexel, Inc., he was responsible for design and development of eClinical technologies, such as IRT, EDC, CTMS, and medical imaging. As CTO at Thomson Reuters Scientific & Healthcare, he had responsibility for scientific, technical, medical information management systems, data capture and content enhancement systems.
